New Seasonal Menu Launches at Crushed Wine Bar

Crushed Wine Bar is excited to announce the launch of its new seasonal menu, featuring a delightful array of dishes that complement the colder months.

As a beloved destination for wine enthusiasts and food lovers alike, Crushed Wine Bar continues to offer a unique dining experience with a menu designed for sharing. Guests can indulge in new hearty snacks and comforting big plates that are perfect for the festive season, choosing to enjoy a few nibbles alongside purposefully-sourced wines, or opting for a full-blown meal according to personal preference.

Start the evening with the Warm Pumpkin & Lentil Salad (HK$168) drizzled with a house red wine vinaigrette, or the Chickpea Panisse served with a fight-for-the-last-bite French onion dip (HK$128). The Brisket Sliders(HK$148 for two pieces) on brioche buns are the perfect partner for a pour of FRAM’s gorgeous Grenache Gris (HK$80 per glass) or everyone’s favourite Atlas Swift Shelter Chardonnay (HK$85

House Trail Mix

For those looking for something more substantial, the Wagyu Bavette Steak (260g) with Vadouvan butter (HK$340) and moreish Chicken Piccata (HK$195) are must-tries. Beloved favourites like Brut’s Roquefort Mac & Cheese (HK$148), served in a seasonally appropriate cast iron skillet for the gooey, warming meal of dreams, and Heirloom Carrots (HK$128) remain on the menu.

Behind the bar, our resident cork dork Leigh-Ann Luckett continues to curate an exceptional wine list, showcasing biodiverse and low-intervention wines that pair beautifully with new menu offerings. Guests can explore Crushed’s signature Wine Flights (HK$180 for three half glasses/ HK$280 for five half glasses) tailored to their personal taste, ensuring a perfect match for every dish.

Crushed Wine Bar also operates as a neighbourhood wine store, supported by an easy-to-navigate online shop that caters to a range of budgets, with retail prices starting at under HK$200.
