New Wellness-focused Cocktails and Gin & Tonics Land at Dr. Fern’s Gin Parlour
Dr. Fern’s Gin Parlour mixes things up with a new menu of botanicals-driven cocktails prescribed to maximise customers’ wellbeing, as well as refreshing new additions to the signature gin and tonics menu.
The hidden gem speakeasy, which sits in The Landmark basement, will serve up restorative libations like the Porcelain mandarin gin-based Dr.’s Ramble (HK$160), which aims to aid sleep and relaxation with soothing chamomile tea, as well as boost immunity with lemon juice, fresh blackberries and raspberry syrup.
Another highlight is the Tropical Antidote (HK$140) — a bright and fragrant drink made with lemongrass-infused Widges London Dry Gin. The aromatic Asian grass is well known for its anti-inflammatory and anti-fungal properties and may help protect against winter sniffles, whilst the inclusion of pineapple not only adds fantastic tropical flavour, but a dose of bone-strengthening vitamins B and C. A pink salt rim completes the antidote, and ensures fluid balance.
The Mango Sedative (HK$150) is a wellbeing trip-threat with gut health, blood sugar regulation and immune-boosting all incorporated into one tasty tipple. Health aside, the pomelo, mango and coconut cocktail will transport guests to an island getaway with every sip.
Dr. Fern’s signature gin and tonics menu also gets a refresh this winter, with new additions like the partnering of Generous Green Organic (HK$120) with rosemary and grapefruit tonic redefining the classic drink. A unique pickled tomato, red pepper, edible flower, and kaffir lime make this gin and tonic as Instagrammable as it is quaffable. Another unique combination can be found in the form of Sakurao Hamagou gin combined with London Essence bitter orange and elderflower tonic – an utterly fragrant concoction which is further elevated with aromatic shiso leaf, rosemary, edible flowers and an antioxidant-rich green tea tincture (HK$190).

Dr.Ferns – Dr. Ramble
Inspired by Dr. Robben Fern, an eccentric physician, this Gin Parlour pays tribute to his undying love for the study of botanicals. His passion for nature has led him to open a Gin Parlour where he soothes his patients’ ailments and stress related symptoms with his personal concoctions of fresh local herbs and botanicals paired with Gins. With handpicked ingredients from locally-sourced farms, Dr. Fern pours his creativity into the libations he crafts for his patients. The physician sources local and organic ingredients whenever possible for his supply pantry and works with local organic farms across the city to bring a fresh experience to his Gin Parlour. The popular speakeasy will serve up these must-try health-focused libations and more from today.
Dr. Fern’s Gin Parlour is a must visit for the drink connoisseur who craves for a charming daytime drink or a decadent evening cocktail.
