Celebrating the Aromatic Charm of Pandan
Hong Kong’s artisan pandan brand, is excited to announce a unique collaboration with the popular bubble tea brand Silk. From 10 March to 6 April, the two brands will introduce an exclusive collection of beautifully crafted cakes and speciality drinks, highlighting the distinctive flavour and aromatic charm of pandan. This limited-time offering invites food enthusiasts to explore the versatility and appeal of this vibrant ingredient through a range of delightful creations.
For this collaboration, Pandan Man has crafted an exquisite Pandan Cheese Cloud Mini Cake (HK$78), incorporating signature elements from Silk.. The cake features Pandan Man’s iconic pandan chiffon cake as its base, layered with creamy milk foam, tea-infused jelly, and fresh mango. Topped with Silk.’s signature housemade cheese cloud, this dessert combines a delicate, soft texture and refreshing pandan aroma, balanced by rich cheese flavour and sweet mango. The pièce de résistance: as diners unwrap the cake, the cheese cloud cascades down like a waterfall, creating a mesmerising visual experience that is as delightful to watch as it is to taste.
To accompany Pandan Man’s cake, Silk. will also introduce a pandan-themed drink, Mango Pandan (HK$45), available at all its locations. This speciality beverage is crafted with fresh pandan juice as the base, blended with ripe mango and jasmine green tea. The result is a refreshing and fruity pandan-infused creation designed to transport diners with its vibrant flavours and aromatic charm.
In addition, Silk. will offer Pandan Man’s Pandan Mochi (HK$15/pc) at selected locations for a limited time. These mochis are made with fresh pandan leaf extract and coconut milk, filled with shredded coconut coated in palm sugar, and deliver a burst of delightful flavours with every bite. Diners can also pair the mochi with the speciality drink for a harmonious combination that perfectly complements each other.
Guests interested in purchasing the Pandan Cheese Cloud Mini Cake can place their orders at their Hysan Place pop-up only. For those eager to try Silk.’s limited-edition Pandan Mango will be available at all of Silk.’s locations. All products are available in limited quantities daily, on a first-come, first-served basis, until sold out.
