Swire Restaurants is pleased to announce that its central kitchen, S.H.A.R.K. (Swire Hotels and Restaurants Kitchen) has partnered with Nutrition Kitchen to offer daily freshly prepared nutritious meals to health-conscious customers.
The 10,000 square feet, state-of-the-art kitchen located in Quarry Bay consists of several sections including patisserie, bakery, butchery, fish monger, cold and hot kitchen. Since the start of its operation in April 2015, S.H.A.R.K has been preparing dishes that are ideal for pre-preparation such as bakery, stocks, salads, meat products and much more to be delivered to Swire’s individual restaurants and hotels daily. Besides supporting the daily operations of Swire Restaurants and Swire Hotels, it also supplies to external venues including Hong Kong Football Club and Porterhouse by Laris.

After a year of successful cooperation, we are happy to strengthen our business relationship and become their official partner to supply all of their packaged meals. Currently, S.H.A.R.K supplies all food items for Nutrition Kitchen’s meal packages and is also involved in menu development to ensure the customers can enjoy the best quality nutritional food. Over 500 meals are produced for Nutrition Kitchen at S.H.A.R.K daily.
