Introducing Saturday Night Rewind, where guests can savour three courses from the abundant menu of Modern European dishes, complemented by a generous 2.5 hours of free-flow beverages, all for the irresistible price of HK$788.

Melody’s menu showcases the best of European flavours. Delight in the Bone Marrow Gratin served with grilled sourdough and shallot and caper salad as well as tantalising Alsace Bacon Croquettes and Soft Shell Prawns enhanced with garlic and lashings of espelette butter. The mains feature the perfectly cooked Lamb Neck Fillet paired with Chef Jamie’s renowned handmade Merguez sausages, Iberico Pork Collar with fried buns and slaw, Whole squid stuffed with rice, and the Sea Bass with farfalle, broccolini, aromatic fennel, and a saffron sauce. Moreish veggie options include the Truffle mushroom lasagne with cauliflower cream and the Provençal stuffed courgette with arrabiata sauce and basil.

End the evening on a sweet note with a choice of the instagrammable Table-side Tiramisu or refreshing Passion Fruit Pavlova.
The lavish feast is complemented by an indulgent 2.5 hours of free-flow prosecco, wine, beer, margaritas, and peach gimlets. Guests also have the option to upgrade their free-flow package to include Champagne for an additional HK$200.
