SẾP, the First Indochine Vietnamese Restaurant with Wood-fired Concept

Lai Sun Dining has added a new gem to the bustling Central area with the opening of SẾP, an Indochine Vietnamese restaurant with wood-fired concept in November last year. Helmed by Executive Chef DoBee Lam a multi-talented Chef with over 25 years in F&B industry, SẾP promotes “Real Dining” and is committed to bring the finest yet satisfied Vietnamese cuisine in town, which has also become a viral sensation with positive guests’ feedback. In response to this, Chef Dobee has launched two new lunch set menus, featuring rare, authentic yet exquisite Vietnamese tastes, making for the best business lunch choice in the heart of Central.
