Sparkling Red Christmas at InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong
InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong presents Sparkling Red Christmas this December. A plethora of exquisite culinary delights will be on board as a tribute to the most joyful festivity in a year. Culinary master of the hotel, Jean-Marc Gaucher has devised a delectable list at each of the hotel’s outlet to create an extraordinary experience for every patron.
Award-winning performing group Southern District Children’s Choir has been invited to turn every corner of the hotel into a heavenly melodic realm in the evening of 24 December 2023. Seasoned in public and private performances, they will roam around starting from the hotel lobby at 7pm, bringing heartwarming festive music to hotel and restaurant guests.
Café on M
Take the joyful end-of-the-year celebration to the next level this Christmas at Café on M. Its festive buffet showcases an expansive collection of desirable items including Chilled Boston lobster, Canadian snow crab legs, brown crabs and lobster bisque. Christmas items Roasted Prime Rib, Roasted Turkey and Beef Wellington are not to be missed. Pan-seared Foie Gras on Brioche Toast with Onion Confit & Figs Compote, BBQ Spanish Iberico Pork Char Siu Flambé, and Abalone, Fish Maw and Chicken Double Boiled Soup with Mushrooms are some of the choice items from the hot station. Suisse Raclette Cheese station, Chocolate and Chestnut Yule Log Cake, Valrhona Chocolate buffet, French Crepe Mont Blanc are decadent surprises.
Buffet prices start from HK$ 788 for adults and HK$ 508 for kids in December.
On 24, 25 and 31 December, prices start from HK$ 928 for adults and HK$ 588 for kids.
Theo Mistral
Chef de Cuisine of Theo Mistral by Theo Randall, Fabio Guaglione, has infused traditional Italian flair with first-rate local ingredients and seasonal imported produce to conceive light-hearted menus for weekend brunch, semi-buffet lunch and dinner in a cosy Italian home-feel setting.
A great treat to oneself on a holiday morning begins with select items from the semi-buffet brunch including Pan-roasted Italian Veal loin with Foi Gras and Girolle Mushroom Sauce, Handmade Black Ink Raviolone Pasta Stuffed with Smoked Salmon, Ricotta, Parmesan, Chives, Lemon Zest, Egg Yolk and Datterini Tomato Sauce, and Deep-fried Prawns, Calamari, Aubergine, Sage, Zucchini with Fresh Chilli, Mint and Saffron Aioli.
Dinners on Christmas and New Year are meant to be sensational. The evenings will make a difference with Pan-roasted Australian Wagyu Beef Tenderloin with Foie Gras, Celeriace Puree, Selection of Roasted Vegetables and Porcini Mushrooms Sauce, or Pan-roasted Australian Rack of Lamb Coated in Spices, Bread Crumbs with Selection of Roots Vegetables, Pumpkin Puree and Porto Sauce.
Festive Brunch is priced at HK$788 for adults and HK$428 for kids. Unlimited pouring of Theo’s seasonal lemonade is priced at HK$68, and at HK$358 for Moet & Chandon Imperial, Lambrusco ceci Sparkling, Cantine Pellgrino Grillo and Nero d’Avola.
Festive Buffet starts from HK$ 1,088 for adults and HK$ 568 for kids.
Hoi King Heen
The 8-course Degustation Menu crafted by Executive Chinese Chef Yu Chiu Kwan features sought-after items such as Chef Kwan’s hometown special Pan-fried Glutinous Rice Dumplings Filled with Peanuts and Chicken, soothing Double-boiled Hawaiian Papaya Soup, Fish Maw, Crab Meat, Chicken, Roasted Duck and Mushrooms, and face-lifting deluxe Braised Tomato Filled with Bird’s Nest, Assorted Seafood and Cordyceps Flower. The course rounds up with the close-to-extinct crispy yet melt-in-your-mouthDeep-fried Milk Rolls.
