Terrible Baby Hosts Exclusive Guest Shift with Renowned Bartender Boris Ivan

Terrible Baby, Eaton HK’s flagship bar and performance space, is thrilled to announce an exclusive guest shift featuring the globally acclaimed bartender, Boris Ivan. On April 16, from 7 pm – late, Boris Ivan, the Global Brand Ambassador for Spirits & Fortified Wines, will take over the bar, presenting a curated selection of exquisite cocktails. This event is proudly sponsored by Wine Cloud, promising an unforgettable evening of innovative flavors and masterful mixology.

Born in Poprad, Slovakia, Boris Ivan has carved a remarkable career in the bar industry including stints as a private mixologist for Jay Z and Robbie Williams. From his early days in Slovakia to his influential roles in London at the likes of Hush Bar, Mint Hotel and Galvin at Windows, and in Prague at Hotel Pariz, Boris has consistently pushed the boundaries of mixology. His expertise has earned him a reputation as a leading figure in the cocktail world. Now, as the International Brand Ambassador for Gonzalez Byass, Boris continues his journey of passion and brings his creativity to Terrible Baby for a one-night-only event.

For one night only, guests will have the opportunity to indulge in three signature Boris Ivan cocktails, all priced at HK$110*. The Tea Bay Highball is a refreshing blend featuring Nomad Whisky, Spiced Tea-Sherry Cordial, and La Copa Blanco, topped with tonic water and garnished with a lime leaf coin whilst the rose-colored Romance is a delicate and floral mix of MOM gin, Pink Champagne Cordial, and Tio Pepe Fino Sherry, enhanced with dashes of orange bitters and garnished with an edible jasmine flower. Boris’ take on the classic Vieux Carre with layers of Nomad whisky, Lepanto PX, cherry-sherry cordial, Benedictine, and a duo of bitters, served over a large ice cube and finished with an aromatic twist of orange zest.
