This fall, demure chestnut is the seasonal flavor of choice, presenting itself in three captivating better-for-you desserts.

A magnificent vegan mille feuille is the epitome of elegance, showcasing flawless golden layers of the complex feuilletage (HK$288 for 4” and HK$768 for 7”). The Mont Blanc Mille Feuille honors traditional sweet chestnuts with a chestnut cream layered throughout the delicate dessert and adorned with chestnut pieces and gold foil. For those seeking a delightful bite-sized option, the petite Mont Blanc Mille Feuilles (HK$65 each) are perfect for a cozy afternoon tea. 

The Chestnut Cotton Cake (HK$628 for 6”, HK$988 for 8”, HK$1,348 for 10” and HK$1,829 for 12”) combines the earthy nut with spongy chiffon, layered with a smooth chestnut cream.
