The Silveri Hong Kong-MGallery, a chic haven of luxury and tranquility, is introducing two new culinary offerings that are sure to please discerning food lovers looking for something extra special.
The hotel’s contemporary cocktail bar, the Pavilion, will launch a wonderful weekend Afternoon Tea from 3-6 pm every Saturday and Sunday starting from 24th June. From tasty savoury goodies to sweet delicacies, the Silveri offers one of the afternoon tea with an amazing view. The lush of greenery, enabling guests a relaxing experience for minds and souls while appreciating the food. Overlooking the skyline of Tung Chung with sprawling sunset views, a glimpse of the South China Sea and Hong Kong International Airport, guests will find a dazzling array of foods in the afternoon tea, including Goat’s cheese and figs crostini, Truffle croque-monsieur, King crab vol-au-vent and Maquerel rillettes blinis, complemented by creative sandwiches, including Mini lobster rolls, Beef wrap tortilla with coriander, vegetables and chilli sauce, and Smoked salmon roulade, cream cheese and trout eggs.

Guests can also taste delightful sweet treats including Macarons, Lemon tart with meringue, Praline choux pastry, and Red fruit and mascarpone. Of course no afternoon tea is complete without scones, so four fluffy homemade scones with jam and clotted cream are also included. Afternoon tea is priced at HK$498 for two persons, including a selection of fine JING teas or a range of coffees. Or make it a truly special affair by adding free flow Fantinel Prosecco for an extra $148 per person (90 minutes).
Meanwhile, fans of opulent seafood will be thrilled by the Fine de Claire Oyster Night, available every Tuesday 6pm onwards at The Pavilion and the hotel’s upscale modern bistro, The Enclave. Featuring jet fresh oysters from Brittany, France, guests have a choice of two grades of oyster, N3 and N2, and can select 6pcs (N3) for HK$158, 6pcs (N2) for HK$218, and 12pcs (N3) for HK$298. Adding to the lavish evening is a range of specially priced white wines available by the glass or by the bottle. Prices start at HK$68 per glass and HK$358 per bottle for Mahi Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand and HK$98 per glass and HK$458 per bottle for Santenay Chardonnay from France.
