Hump day just got better with the launch of Welly Wednesdays at Melody: a perfectly-crafted Beef Wellington, abundant sides and a bottle of red wine for only *HK$888 (for two).
Chef Jamie Draper, also known as the Welly Wizard, serves up perfectly pink beef fillet, wrapped in mushroom duxelle and crispy puff pastry every Wednesday from 17 April. Alongside the show-stopping centrepiece, guests will enjoy a bottle of house red wine and lip-smacking accompaniments like the ridiculously cheesy Pomme Aligot, al dente spring Asparagus Spears and a glossy Bordelaise Sauce made with beef marrow for an extra smack of umami decadence.
