Founded in 2020 by renowned celebrity chef Rania Hatoum who also established RH Fine Dining, Tarte by RH is excited to unveil its long-term pop-up at THE SOUTHSIDE, launching on 1 November 2024. Since its inception, Tarte by RH has built a reputation for its exquisite tarts, meticulously crafted from the finest ingredients. This new location promises to elevate the culinary landscape of a vibrant neighbourhood that is eager for high-end pastry options.

Situated in a lively mall that showcases a wide array of restaurants, THE SOUTHSIDE serves as the perfect venue for locals seeking an elevated dining experience. This extended pop-up aims to offer an exceptional space for patrons to savour exquisite pastries and enjoy quality time with friends and family.

Patrons can anticipate a thoughtfully curated menu featuring exclusive flavours crafted for the holiday season, including Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Year’s Eve. Experience the seasonal 7-inch Apple Crumble Tart (HK$828) and Pumpkin Pie (HK$828), featuring a harmonious blend of buttery crust and velvety spiced pumpkin filling, topped with decadent vanilla whipped ganache, delicate cinnamon dust, and luxurious 24k gold flakes. Indulge in the Banoffee Pie (HK$828), made with homemade toffee and fresh banana, alongside the Chocolate Pecan Tart (HK$828), crafted with Chocolaterie de l’Opera chocolate ganache base, caramelised pecans, and luxurious 24k gold flakes. This delightful homage to autumn is complemented by unique Christmas gift sets showcasing an array of flavours designed to spread festive cheer.

A standout highlight is Rania’s artisanal Signature Caviar Tart (from HK$538), a culinary masterpiece available for pre-order for same-day pick-up. This exquisite creation is crafted from the finest gourmet ingredients, making it a centrepiece of Tarte by RH’s made-to-order menu. Each Caviar Tart is customisable with a bespoke gold print, exemplifying Tarte by RH’s dedication to quality and artistry while offering patrons the opportunity to indulge in a luxurious experience tailored to their preferences. While celebrated for its savoury and elegant masterpieces, Tarte by RH also presents an array of sweet tarts showcasing premium seasonal fruits such as strawberries and shiny muscat grapes. All sizes will be available, but pre-orders are highly recommended for those eager to experience this luxurious creation.

In addition to its signature tarts, Tarte by RH will expand its offerings with fresh gourmet juices and packaged beverages, as well as caviar from the distinguished Kaviari Paris (@kaviari_paris), perfectly complementing the sumptuous pastry experience. Furthermore, Rania is thrilled to introduce a catering service through Tarte by RH or her exclusive RH Fine Dining.
